The client, The Nigerian Navy, required the development of residential bungalows for her officers.

AGR Limited constructed seven of these buildings for the client within a short timeline to meet this need. Each building comprise of three bedrooms which are all ensuite, a large living area, kitchen and dining as well as a laundry space.

This project called for the development of 2nos residential maisonettes in Apapa, Lagos.

The building was designed by the AGR Team to house two large living rooms, a dining, kitchen, laundry and five en-suite bedrooms. Other buildings include a servant quarters and a generator house.

The project was completed in 2017.

AGR Limited designed and executed the finishing of a mock room at the Guest house of the CBN Institute in Lagos, Nigeria.

This design solution included the mechanical as electrical services to the room and well as all finishing and soft finishing in the space.

This project called for the development of 2nos residential maisonettes in Apapa, Lagos.

A private client required the interior spaces of an existing building, measuring about 300m2, renovated to provide a new look within a time frame of five weeks.

This was in time for an event which had been scheduled to hold in this facility. AGR Limited was called in to provide a design and build service.

The building was redesigned and furnished by AGR Limited in a contemporary minimalist style to provide the chic ambiance the client had craved.

The project was completed in May 2018, quite in time for the scheduled event.

Each building comprise of six flats of three bedrooms apartments on three floors. each bedroom was designed with en-suite bathrooms, a large living area, dining, kitchen, store and a laundry space. AGR Limited constructed Two of these buildings for the client within a short timeline to meet this need.

The Brief called for the design and construction of a befitting Mess for officers of the Nigerian Navy at the Airbase section of the Navy Town in Lagos, Nigeria. We designed the building to accommodate two separate Bar Lounges, a dining space, a 12-man board Room and other ancillary spaces. The building was designed as a contemporary-styled building with high headroom, glass handrails, granite floors and glazed facades with extensive views towards the lagoon. Outdoor terraces and gardens were also created to enhance the experience of building users. The interior spaces were furnished to offer a chic and warm ambiance. Construction work on this project was completed in November 2017.

AGR Limited was commissioned by the client to remodel an existing 3-floor residential building to a modern serviced apartment building in Jabi abuja, Nigeria.

We remodeled the building layout as well as its external facade. Structural columns and beams were also introduced at strategic points to strengthen the building.

The redesigned apartment building consists of six apartment units; each with three en-suite bedrooms, a servant's room and extensive living areas. With its stone faced walls, use of large windows, corniced columns, gabled roof, arches and symmetrical design, the structure is an interesting balance of classical and contemporary style.
