Did you know that as a believer, your prayer has the power to shift atmospheres in both the spiritual and physical realms? ⛈️➡️

James 5:16 (AMP) tells us that the heartfelt, persistent prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available—dynamic in its workings!

You aren't righteous because of your performance; you are righteous because you have right standing with the Father through Christ. That means when you pray for 'one another,' you aren't just saying words—you are releasing dynamic power.

Today, don't just 'say a prayer.' Make power available! Reach out to someone, stand in the gap, and watch the atmosphere change.

👇 Who can we pray for right now? Post a name or a request below and let’s release that dynamic power together!

Can a Christian be a Narcissist?

We’ve all been there—reeling from the "head-spin" of a person who prays like a saint but acts like a predator. Whether it’s a spouse or a respected leader, the cognitive dissonance is real: How can someone used by the Kingdom be so cruel?

The truth is, the pulpit can be the perfect hiding place for a narcissist. It offers power, admiration, and the ultimate "spiritual" cover. It’s time to stop questioning your sanity and start understanding the mask.

Join my new YouVersion devotional: Can a Christian be a Narcissist?

Let’s pull back the curtain and find healing in the truth.

MAY: THE MONTH TO RUN TO WIN! 🏃‍♂️💨

Happy New Month, Family!

We are stepping into May, and the Spirit of God is giving us a clear instruction: It’s time to run. Not just to finish, but to WIN!

In 1 Corinthians 9:24, Paul asks: "Don’t you realize that in a race everyone runs, but only one person gets the prize? So run to win!"

Here is your game plan:

Ditch the Coat: Hebrews 12:1 tells us
to lay aside every weight. Some things aren't "sin," but they are heavy. If the enemy can’t stop you, he will try to slow you down with distractions, envy, and useless drama. Shed the coat! You need to be light to take over new territories!

Stop Shadowboxing: Don’t just be busy; be purposeful. Every step this month
must count for the Kingdom.

Fix Your Gaze: We are running for an Audience of
One. Stop looking at who is watching you and start looking at Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith!

I don’t know about you, but this month, I am disciplined, I am focused, and I RUN TO WIN! 🏆

Type "I AM RUNNING TO WIN" in the comments if you’re ready for May! 🔥

Kingdom work shouldn't feel like a heavy yolk; it should feel like a child
hopping into Daddy’s car to join him on an errand

Martha wasn't corrected for her work; she was corrected for her distraction. Don't let your work for the King distract you from the King Himself.

The Law says 'DO' to be accepted. Grace says 'DONE,' now go live like a

THE DANGER OF THE "CHURCHY" MASK 🎭

A few years ago, a precious sister married a "pillar of the church." He was the Pastor’s favourite. His attendance was perfect. He was in every department. On paper, he was the "ideal" Christian.

But behind closed doors? There was no prayer life. He was abusive. He was a stranger to the Spirit of Christ. It took a tragedy for the mask to fall.

The lesson? High church involvement does not equal high Christ-like intimacy.

We have a generation of Marthas who are "distracted by much serving" but have
forgotten how to sit at the feet of Jesus.

When we serve out of obligation (The Law) rather than overflow (Grace), three things happen:

1. We start "looking at the sides" to see who isn't working as hard as us.
2. We become bitter and start reporting people to "The Pastor."
3. We develop the "Elder Brother Syndrome"—living in the Father’s house but acting like a hired slave.

Grace works harder than the Law ever could—but it works from LOVE, not to be loved.

Until you sit at His feet, your service will always feel like a weight. But when you realize the work is already DONE at the Cross, your "Doing" becomes a dance of joy.

Forgiveness is a Decision, but Healing is a Process: Why Your Boundaries are Holy

We have a misunderstanding in the Christian community that has caused unnecessary shame: the idea that if you have truly forgiven, you should be "over It" instantly. We equate forgiveness with amnesia and boundaries with
bitterness.

But look at the Cross.

Even Jesus forgave and still bled. In the midst of excruciating pain, He cried out, "Father, forgive them" (Luke 23:34). His forgiveness was immediate, but the physical and emotional weight of the trauma was still real. The forgiveness didn’t stop the bleeding.

We are partakers of His divine nature. Because God’s love is in us, we can forgive those who hurt us, but that does not automatically close the wound.

The Difference Between the Ledger and the Lesson

In 1 Corinthians 13:5, we are told that love "keeps no record of wrongs." In the original Greek, this is a bookkeeping term. It means to cancel a debt. When you forgive, you are tearing up the ledger. You are surrendering your right to make
them "pay" for your pain.

However, canceling a debt is not the same as pretending the transaction never
happened. You can release the person from the debt while still remembering the transaction so you don’t loan your heart out to a bankrupt borrower again. That sn't bitterness; it’s stewardship.

Healing Needs a Bandage

“He heals the brokenhearted and bandages their wounds.” — Psalm 147:3

If a wound vanished the second you forgave, it wouldn't need a bandage. A bandage implies time, protection, and a clean environment. Healing is a process that requires:

1. Responsibility: You are responsible for your healing, even if you weren't responsible for the wound.
2. Environment: To heal a deep gash, you must avoid certain surfaces and irritants. In the soul, this is called a Holy Boundary.

The Wisdom of the Serpent

We are often shamed for setting boundaries, yet Jesus Himself practiced them.
Scripture says Jesus loved the people, but “He did not entrust Himself to them,
for He knew what was in each person” (John 2:24).

Jesus was the most loving person to ever walk the earth, yet He was not accessible to everyone at all times. He knew when to withdraw. He knew who was unrepentant.

We are called to be harmless as doves, but wise as serpents. Being harmless means we don’t seek revenge; being wise means we don't stay in the path of a strike. You are not called to be a doormat; you are called to be a steward of the life God gave you.

Stop the Shame

Church, let’s let people heal. Do not shame a brother or sister for needing distance to get well. Do not mistake their self-preservation for lack of
spirituality.

Forgiveness sets you free, but healing makes you whole.

Are you struggling to bridge the gap between "I've forgiven them" and "I'm still hurting"? You are not alone, and you are not failing.

wholeness together.

HE IS ALWAYS HERE. ❤️

Have you ever felt completely overwhelmed? In those moments, it’s easy to let the "triad" of fear, worry, and anxiety take over. But I want to remind you of a powerful truth: You are held.

In Isaiah 41:10, God promises: "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you... I will hold you up with my victorious right hand."

Think of a child holding their parent's hand when they walk into a dark room. They aren't afraid because the room changed; they aren't afraid because they know who is holding them. 🤝

Today, maintain that child-like disposition. Whenever you feel afraid, trust in Him (Psalm 56:3). He has taken the "triad" of the enemy and replaced it with His Spirit of Power, Love, and Self-Control.

Cast all your worries—pile them up and give them to Him—because He cares for you with deepest affection. Your Father is always here.
