🏉 Drill 1: Ben Youngs, Figure of 8
The aim is to get the ball away quickly under fatigue. Make sure you scan before your pass to help your accuracy 🎯

🏉 Drill 2: Danny Care, The Speed Slalom
The aim is to get the ball away quickly from different start positions. Make sure you adjust your feet slightly on the different entry points to help stay on target👌

🏉 Drill 3: Fin Smith & Danny Care, Staggered Starts
Adjust your hands and body to the quick change of picture. Stay light on your toes to help you adjust quickly and effectively.
