SOME BAKING TIPS
1. Cream your Butter and Sugar till itβs fluffy before adding other ingredients.
2. Add your flavors last ,Vanilla, chocolate, or lemon tastes stronger when added last.
3. Don' frost a hot or warm cake
The icing will melt or the fondant will squeeze and ruin the finish.
4. Cool your cakes on a wire rack
It prevents soggy bottoms.
5. Store your cakes properly
Cling film or Use airtight containers to keep them moist.
6. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately first
This gives smoother, consistent batter.

BAKER TO BAKER
1. Don't pack your flour into the cup
Scoop lightly
2. Let your batter rest 1-2 minutes before pouring, It reduces air bubbles and gives a smooth top.
3. Use parchment paper to avoid sticking and breaking of the cakes,
Greasing alone sometimes fails.
4. Don't bake too high heat .
High heat causes burnt edges and raw center.
5. Always sieve your flour if possible twice to make it light
6. Always use the right recipes for your cakes
7. Get an oven thermometer
Most ovens lie - your cake needs the right temperature.
