NCF Summer Primary School Cricket Coaching Clinic Day 2.
O boy those kids went home after Day 1 and told their friends and cane with them on day 2. We had way over 250 kids. But it was exciting and fun.

Due to the finals of the River State Cricket League in Port Harcourt, all DSCL matches this weekend has been suspended.
This is to support the Rivers State Cricket Association as they conclude their 2014/2015 Cricket League. They are our brothers in ball and bat and also colleague in the South/South Zone of the NCF.
All roads leads to Uniport Cricket Oval Port Harcourt tomorrow.
Up south south!!!!

Update on DSCL as at May 30th 2015

Spartan Warriors takes the lead in the on going Delta State Cricket League defeating Warri Cricket Club by 9 runs.
Spartan won the toss and chose to bat first. Opening pair Peter Anene and Osaretin took charge of the game until the 9th over when the pair was broken.
Spartan was however denied the chance of scoring a century as they scored 99 runs for 5 wickets in 20 overs with captain Mr Chinedu Ikemefuna leading the chart with 39 runs not out.
WCC however gave a big fight with Kuba Wealth, Bawo Ojulu and Joseph on the attack. Mr Chinedu took the most important wicket (Wealth Kuba) off an LBW. WCC however crumbled at 90 runs all out at the 14th Over.
Wealth posted 34 runs for his team.
Top wicket taker went to Peter Anene of Spartan Warriors taking 3 wickets.
