Little Health Talk: Screen Time and Your Well-Being
Screen time refers to the amount of time we spend on phones, computers, TVs. While screens help us learn, work, and connect, too much of it can affect our health.
Excessive screen time can cause eye strain, leading to headaches, blurred vision, and dry eyes.
It also affects sleep, because the blue light from screens reduces melatonin( A hormone produced by pineal gland that control sleep-wake up cycle)
Over time, too much screen use can cause neck, back, and wrist pain due to poor posture, and it may reduce physical activity, and fitness.
Remember, screens are useful tools, but moderation is key. Taking care of your eyes, body, and sleep today protects your health🍃

Our hands touch many surfaces every day, and these surfaces can carry germs that cause sickness. When we eat, touch our face, or handle food with unwashed hands, these germs can easily enter our body.
