Football lovers across Edo State are eagerly looking forward to the commencement of the league as teams battle for glory and promotion.

The wait is finally over! The Edo State Premier Football League officially kicks off on Thursday, 25th June 2026, as clubs across the state begin their quest for glory.

Osabu Football Club will begin their campaign with a tough Match Day 1 fixture against Elite Babel Boys FC on Thursday, 25th June 2026, by 3:00 PM at the Airforce Base, Airport Road, Benin City.

All eyes will be on Osabu FC as they look to start the season on a winning note. Best of luck to Osabu FC, as we embark on this exciting journey.

Osabu Football Club has been drawn in Group B of the Edo State Premier Football League 2026 alongside Bocas FC, Rangers Dynamite FC, Elite Babel Boys FC, and Alliance Sports FC.

The group promises to be highly competitive, featuring some of the state's finest teams. Notably, BJ Foundation FC, the most successful club in the competition's history with a record ten titles, will be competing in Group A.

Osabu Football Club is fully prepared for the challenge ahead and is determined to make a strong statement in the tournament. With confidence, hard work, and ambition, the team is focused on securing qualification from the group and competing for top honors. :::
