🚨🔴 HAS MANCHESTER UNITED BECOME A CAREER GRAVEYARD?
At this point, the pattern is becoming impossible to ignore.
Too many talented players have arrived at Old Trafford with huge reputations, only to see their careers stall, their confidence disappear, or their performances dramatically decline.
Schneiderlin. Fellaini. Alex Telles. Pogba. Sancho. Højlund. The list keeps growing.
And maybe the biggest mistake is blaming the players individually.
When so many different players struggle under different managers, different systems and different regimes, perhaps the problem is bigger than the footballers themselves.
The institution is the problem.
Constant managerial changes. Recruitment mistakes. Conflicting philosophies. Boardroom instability. Pressure from the media and supporters. A lack of long-term consistency.
Even the handling of managers raises questions. If a coach is removed after just 14 months because of internal friction, what message does that send about the club's commitment to a long-term footballing project?
Until Manchester United fixes the culture, structure and decision-making from the top down, Old Trafford will continue to be a place where careers go to struggle rather than flourish.
