Ours went well at our boxing roadshow event where we gathered the communities of modakeke for fight and entertainment but particularly to pass a vital message on Malnutrition.

On October 11, 2025, our team paid a courtesy visit to His Imperial Majesty, Oba AbdulRasheed Adewale Akanbi, Telu I, the Oluwo of Iwo Land, Osun State.

The Oluwo warmly received the Small Town Boxing team as we presented our gifts and shared details about the IKUUKU Fight Championship and our upcoming event, “Fight Against Malnutrition,” to be hosted in his community.

We were thrilled to learn that His Majesty is a passionate supporter of boxing — it was truly inspiring exchanging stories of discipline, strength, and honour.
