t wasn’t easy, but I stayed consistent, trusted the process, and never gave up on myself. There were hard days, slow progress, and moments I wanted to quit, but I kept going.

This journey taught me discipline, patience, and self-love. If I can do it, you can too. Start where you are, use what you have, and keep pushing.

No shortcuts, just hard work and determination. The goal is not just to lose weight, but to gain strength, confidence, and a healthier life.
