*Injector FC, Kzeez FC Seal Chris Olatunji Charity Cup Final Spots*
Injector Football Club and Kzeez Football Academy have booked their places in the final of the 3rd edition of the Chris Olatunji Charity Cup 2025.
The semi-final matches, played on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at the George Agbazika Innih Stadium, Ilorin, produced thrilling encounters as both sides edged past their opponents to secure their spots in the grand finale.
Highly experienced Injector FC battled to a 2–1 victory over Gaa Akanbi U-17, while Kzeez FA cruised past Upright FA with a comfortable 2–0 win to seal their final ticket.
Meanwhile, the date for the final showdown is yet to be announced, as the Organizing Committee awaits approval from Chris Olatunji to confirm the official date.
A member of the organizing committee, Coach Bashir Abolarinwa, revealed that prizes will not be limited to the champions and runners-up, as the third- and fourth-placed teams will also be rewarded. In addition, 20 lucky spectators will each win ₦5,000 through a raffle draw during halftime of the grand finale.
Also five journalists will be rewarded for their impressive reportage of the competition.
With the grand prize still under wraps, dignitaries and football stakeholders from Kwara State and beyond are expected to grace the final.
The 3rd edition of the Chris Olatunji Charity Cup has been filled with drama, excitement, upsets, and spectacular goals, and the much-anticipated final promises to deliver a thrilling display of grassroots football artistry.
