Joining a team requires like-minded individuals. Fueling creativity requires resources and your are our human resource. Football comes at a cost. We can't provide these for free, you're not paying to be part, you're only fueling creativity. we want you be be part of this move and we want to be upfront about it.

If you're looking for handouts or freebies, we're not the right fit. However, if you're willing to put in the work and invest in our craft, we're here to work with you.

THEREOF XI FOOTBALL CONVERGENCE is a soccer ministry focused on making kingdom impact.

Mission Statement:
_To develop young footballers in Skills, Character, and Faith. Equipping them for excellence on and off the pitch while uniting communities, promoting kingdom values, and showcasing talent.

Our Strategy:
We don’t need property first. We need like-minded individuals who will work effortlessly to see that kingdom values are promoted.

HOW TO BE PART OF THIS GREAT MOVE
STEP 1: JOIN THE OFFICIATING TEAM
1. One-time Fee: ₦12,000 only
2. Limited Slots: Only 10 individuals
3. Lifetime Membership: You remain a member for life unless you choose to exit
4. Benefit: This qualifies you to join the Monitoring & Evaluation Team

STEP 2: JOIN THE MONITORING & EVALUATION TEAM + 16% ROI
Once you join the Officiating Team, you automatically gain access to the M&E Team.

CLARITY ON 16% MONTHLY ROI:
The 16% monthly return comes from revenue generated by the ministry:
`Tournament subscriptions + Annual player fees + Sponsorships + Academy programs
As we grow revenue, 16% of net profit is shared monthly among the 10 M&E Team members based on equal share.
_Example: If monthly net profit is ₦200,000. 16% = ₦32,000. Shared among 10 people = ₦3,200 each for that month._
ROI is paid only when revenue is generated. Full financial reports will be sent monthly.

STEP 3: BECOME A KINGDOM PARTNER
Every M&E Team member must also be a Kingdom Partner at ₦1,000 once.
This helps us "water the vision" for equipment and establishment.
It also qualifies you to be among the 1000 Partners Drive: _1000 Partners ₦1,000 and above equipment._

PLAYERS SUBSCRIPTION
1. Per Tournament/League : ₦1,000 per player
2. Annual Subscription : ₦12,000 per player

4. Local Organizing Committee – Monitoring & Evaluation Team
