After 7 years of practicing yoga, I finally found another meaning of "own your practice".
You see I have been following people's routine to practice. Rather than get the kind of results I want, I just end up doing something and calling I a practice.
For instance my body does not like any form of rigorous exercise, each time I do anything rigorous continuously I feel the after effect.
Lately, I have been able to practice quietly with no external instruction. The difference is I'm now more quiet on the inside and my mind is allowed to figure out what is best for the body.
It's been a wonderful experience.
I found new ways to enter old poses. I also found satisfaction and a peaceful mind.
How have been your practice so far?

Great improvement in the space of 5 months. The last picture frame was November 2020 and the first two pictures is 1st week of April.
Coming up as generally inflexible and understanding that it takes time for my body to respond, focusing on the most important part of my body until I have opened my body.
It's been over 5 months of everyday 15 to 45 mins hip opener and gradually I'd get there some day. I have generally decided to intentionally work on my hip flexors for as long as I need to they give m e my desired result.
Slow progress is still progress and your practice is your journey, focus on your journey until you've achieve your aim. I'm using 2 weeks splits challenge currently and I plan on repeating it for as long as I need to till I achieve my aim.

Last day of the challenge.
Remember I told you the goal of this challenge is to make sure you make it a routine. Exercising at least 3 times a week will help you maintain your new found shape.
Drinking of 1ltr to 1.5ltr of water as early as you wake up cleanses your system. Eating one cucumber a day detoxifies your system and aids digestion.
Now that we have all these things in place we can kiss belly fat good bye. It takes 90 days to make a habit become a lifestyle. I want to encourage you to take this routine for another two months.

Yea! From today we will start to do all six exercises till day 28. O am still a little caught up I'd have promised to create a video 😢.
Never the less it's all the videos I posted in the first six days combined for today.
You could always do the first four exercises at a stretch and repeat them three times then do the last two, or do each three sets before you go to the next.
Whatever feels comfortable for you. We have 8 days more for us to complete our challenge.
Stay strong, drink 1.5 liter of water and eat a cucumber. See you tomorrow.
