I feel the need to say this clearly: it is no longer business as usual. This year, I have made a decision to put a stop to the things that have been happening to me and my family online. I have no business with anybody. There is no reason why anyone should wake up every day, count years for me, and decide they want to tear my marriage down with lies and propaganda. That will not work here. I need validation from no one. I know who I am.
Out of respect for my husband and the people I love, I am letting this go, not because I am guilty of anything, but because peace matters. I see the calls, the videos, the messages. I understand that faceless bloggers are paid, that actresses own some of these blogs, colleagues own some of them, and people who simply don’t like you can pay to have anything written. That is their business.
What I don’t understand is the need to constantly teär people down. Someone has been married for 15 years and the first reaction is, “Let’s ruin it.” After you ruin it, then what?
I have children. I have teenagers in school who have been bulliěd because of the lies written about me. Parents have told their children not to associate with my kids, calling me names that are completely false. That is unacceptable. As long as it brings someone else down, some of you are happy to do it.
The internet may be a small space, but this is not business as usual. From now on, anyone who alleges must prove. If you use your handle and your face to make allegations, you will prove them. I will not allow my children to continue to be bulliëd. You have chosen how my 2026 will begin, and I am ready.
In your hearts, you know my hands are clean. I am clean. I don’t need to come out to explain myself. Throw your stones if you like, but whoever alleges will have to prove it.
I have always stayed in my lane. My priority is my husband and my children. I don’t care who is doing better. I am in my lane, in my husband’s house, where I have been instructed to sit, doing my thing. I don’t know why that bothers anyone.
If you want to pay bloggers to write whatever suits you, that is fine. That is what faceless pages do. Don’t use my name as clickbait because your page is going down. Whoever alleges must prove—unless, of course, you choose to remain faceless.
I have children. Leave my name and my husband’s name out of your mouth, especially when what you are about to publish is false.
Finally, thank you to everyone who called and showed concern. Thank you for the support and appreciation of my craft. I am grateful. Please, take my name out of your mouth. I do not interfere in your business.
I'm glad Mercy Johnson is addressing this and taking legal steps. She has truly always been in her lane, make una leave alone. Stay in marriage for two years before thinking of diströying others.
