MANAGEMENT–COACHES STRATEGIC MEETING HELD

Earlier today, the management of Lofty Skills Soccer Academy held an important meeting with the coaching crew and squad captain to review the team's recent performances.

The meeting focused on:

⚽ Honest assessment of recent match results
⚽ Tactical and technical evaluation
⚽ Player discipline and commitment
⚽ Improvement of training intensity
⚽ Clear responsibilities for coaches and team leaders

Management emphasized the need for greater commitment, discipline, and tactical ex*****on moving forward.

Concrete steps and adjustments have been agreed upon to ensure better performances and improved results in upcoming matches.

This meeting marks a turning point for the team as everyone recommits to the vision and standards of the academy.

Together, we move forward stronger.

Lofty Skills Soccer Academy is delighted to officially welcome Coach Ayóyemi Sowale to our coaching crew!

Coach Ayóyemi joins us with an Advanced Certificate in Coaching from the foremost National Institute for Sports, bringing with him a strong technical foundation, professional discipline, and a wealth of practical experience.

His arrival marks another important step in our commitment to excellence, structure, and continuous development at Lofty Skills Soccer Academy.

We are confident that his knowledge, leadership, and passion for the game will greatly impact the growth of our players — both on and off the pitch.

A new chapter begins for our U18 squad as they step into their first tournament of the year at the 10th edition of Gathering of Achievers Football Tournament!

DEBUT TO REMEMBER FOR BISUGA JIBOLA 🧤✨

Bisuga Jibola, our newly scouted goalkeeper, made his official debut yesterday against Adhoc FA — and what a way to announce himself!

Called upon by the coaching crew to step in between the sticks, Jibola rose to the occasion with confidence and composure beyond his years. Although he conceded a goal, he produced a series of mouth-watering saves that kept the team in the game and left spectators thoroughly impressed.

After sitting out the opening divisional league matches, the young shot-stopper was delighted to finally make his first appearance for the academy — and he certainly made it count.

The future is bright. 💪🔥

A POINT GRABBED ON THE ROAD

Our boys went all out against group leaders ADHOC FA in a fiercely contested encounter. It was a disciplined first half performance, with both sides battling hard, though clear-cut chances were limited in the first half.

We returned for the second half with greater determination and intensity, and the breakthrough came in the 69th minute through Idoko Robert, who calmly found the back of the net to give us a deserved lead.

Late in the game, an unfortunate injury to Shile caused slight instability at the back. The home side, relentlessly pushing for an equalizer, eventually found their goal in the 83rd minute.

Despite the setback, the boys showed character and resilience to see out the game and proudly leave with a valuable point away from home against a very organized table-topping side.

Speaking after the match, the Team Manager shared his optimism - “A draw away from home against the group leaders, especially after losing our first two games, gives me confidence. These boys still have a lot to offer. Once they fully come out of their shell, we’ll see the real strength of this team.”

Now, we return to the factory to correct the lapses and come back stronger.
