Key Responsibilities
Operations: Assist the Head Chef in the daily management of kitchen operations.
Quality Control: Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate the kitchen team.

Financial Management: Monitor stock levels, minimize food waste, and support cost control initiatives.

Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years in a similar role within a reputable hotel or restaurant.
Qualifications: Professional culinary qualification or equivalent experience.
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of international and local cuisine; sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Competencies: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment; experience with inventory management and food cost control.
