September is here. And with it comes another opportunity to become more intentional.

The goals are still possible. The vision is still valid. But perhaps this is the month to approach them with greater clarity, better strategy and stronger ex*****on.

Don’t just move because you want progress. Move with purpose.

Take time to review what is working, improve what isn’t, and stay committed to the things that truly matter.

A new month is not a magic button. But it can be a good moment to reset your thinking and make better decisions.

Welcome to September.

May this month bring you clarity to see better, wisdom to choose better and the discipline to follow through.

Happy New Month!

THE POWER OF TRAINING, LEARNING AND UNLEARNING

One of the greatest investments you can make in yourself and your business is to keep learning.

The world is changing. Industries are changing. People are changing. And the methods that worked yesterday may not always produce the same results tomorrow.

That is why training matters.

Training exposes you to new ideas. It sharpens your skills. It helps you see possibilities you may have overlooked and equips you to make better decisions.

But growth is not only about learning new things.

Sometimes, it is also about unlearning.

Unlearning outdated methods.
Unlearning limiting beliefs.
Unlearning habits that are no longer serving you or your business.

You cannot keep pouring new knowledge into a mind that refuses to let go of what is no longer working.

Every training is an opportunity to pause and ask:

What do I need to learn?
What do I need to improve?
And what do I need to unlearn?

The people and businesses that continue to grow are often those that remain teachable.

Never become so experienced that you stop learning.

Learn. Unlearn. Improve. Apply. Repeat.

Because growth belongs to those who are willing to keep becoming better.

SETTING A BUSINESS STANDARD — IBADAN EDITION

There is a difference between having a business and building a business that can stand.

At the WCT Leadership Training in Ibadan, we had honest conversations around what it really means to set a standard—for ourselves, our teams, our customers and the results we want to achieve.

Because what you tolerate becomes normal. And what becomes normal eventually becomes your culture.

The goal is not to create perfect businesses. It is to build businesses where professionalism, consistency, accountability, learning and excellence are not occasional efforts, but the way we operate.

Ibadan, thank you for the energy, openness and willingness to learn.

The conversation was powerful. The real work begins when we take the lessons back to our businesses and put them into practice.

Set the standard. Live the standard. Build the business.

21/08/2026

Your business cannot grow beyond the standard you are willing to maintain.

A lot of people want bigger businesses, better teams, more customers and better results.

But growth also demands a higher standard.

The way you communicate.
The way you treat customers.
The way you follow up.
The way you keep your word.
The way you show up when nobody is watching.

Standards create consistency, and consistency creates trust.

As a leader, don't only ask, “How can I get better results?”

Ask yourself:

“What standard must I raise to produce the results I want?”

Because sometimes, the next level of your business is not waiting for a new opportunity.

It is waiting for you to raise the standard.

Set the standard. Live by it. Build a business that reflects it.

Leadership is not about being the loudest person in the room.

It is about being the person people can trust to make the right decisions, take responsibility, and show the way when things get difficult.

A good leader doesn't just tell people what to do. A good leader helps people become better.

If you want to build a strong team, start by becoming the kind of leader you would be willing to follow.

Leadership is influence, but great leadership is influence with responsibility.

What is the most important quality you look for in a leader?

“Growth is not just about going farther. Sometimes, it is about seeing better, thinking deeper, and returning with a better way to move forward.”

There is a point where doing more stops being the answer.

Sometimes, you need to pause and ask yourself: Am I moving in the right direction? Is there a better way to do this? What am I missing?

Growth requires the courage to rethink, unlearn, adjust and try again.

So this week, don't measure your progress only by how much you accomplish. Pay attention to how much clearer your thinking has become and how much better your decisions are.

Go farther, but make sure you are also becoming better.

Have a great week.

There are some lessons you only learn when you step away from your usual environment.

My recent international trip to Qatar and Rwanda reminded me of something important: exposure changes the way you think.

You see how other people live, how businesses operate, how cities are planned, how systems work, and suddenly, some of the limitations you thought were permanent begin to look like things that can actually be changed.

But beyond the beautiful places and memorable moments, I came back with a stronger appreciation for growth, planning, people and ex*****on.

Sometimes, you need to leave your familiar space to see your possibilities differently.

LESSON FOR TODAY:
Don’t just work hard to improve your current reality. Expose yourself to new ideas, new environments and new possibilities. Your next level may begin with what you allow yourself to see.

Keep learning. Keep growing. Keep expanding your perspective.

Sometimes, the problem is not that you are not working hard enough.

You may simply be working hard at the wrong things.

In business, especially in network marketing, there comes a time when you have to stop and ask yourself some honest questions:

What is working?
What is not working?
What am I doing repeatedly that is giving me the same results?

More activity does not always mean more progress.

Sometimes, you don't need to do more. You need to think better, plan better and execute better.

As we begin this new week, don't just be busy.

Be intentional about getting better results.

Let me ask you: What is one thing you know you need to start doing differently in your business this week?

I’ll be reading your comments.

Stay committed. Stay intentional.

Sometimes, you need to step back, not because you are giving up, but because you are preparing for what comes next.

We have been a little quiet here, taking some time to reflect, restrategise, refuel, and learn.

And honestly, I believe there is wisdom in knowing when to pause.

You don't always have to be in motion to be making progress.

Sometimes, you need to pause, review your journey, restrategise and refuel. The important thing is that when you step back, don't stay there.

Use the quiet season to prepare for the next level.

This week, don't just ask yourself, “What do I need to do?”

Also ask, “What do I need to do differently?”

Because sometimes, the breakthrough you're looking for is not in doing more. It is in doing better.

So yes, we've been away for a while.

But we didn't go away empty-handed.

We are back with fresh perspectives, deeper lessons, new experiences, and conversations that I believe will add real value to your journey.

Thank you for waiting.

Now, let's continue from here. 🚀

Stay committed. Stay intentional.
