Emotional Abuse!
Bimbo is a 23 year old single mother who suffers from chronic anxiety and low self-confidence, and if you ask her, she'll tell you
“This isn't how my life was supposed to turn out!!”
You see, she grew up in a very abusive home, and her parents hardly disciplined her physically but they were known to use their words sharply
When her mother was mad at her, she called her names like “useless” “worthless” “silly” “dumb”.
At first she just felt hurt by her mother's words, but soon enough, she began to lose her confidence and self-esteem... her mother's words slowly began to shape her life.
What is Emotional Abuse?
This can be referred to as non-physical behaviors that are meant to frighten, control or isolate you...
It's really sad to know that emotional abuse isn't always regarded or classified as abuse to most people.
Even the abused doesn't see it as a problem until it sinks deep and effects every aspect of their lives.
Emotional Abuse is real and packs as much of a punch as physical abuse.
Most mental and health challenges can be traced back to emotional problems.
Words they say are powerful and your words have the capacity to build or destroy, even the bible says “how forcible are the right words”
People get emotionally abused in many ways; some come from harsh words, disappointment, heart break, bad memories and even physical assault! all resulting in emotional damage.
How to avoid and overcome emotional abuse?
watch out for part 2...

Police parade kidnap suspect in Yenagoa Monday
Contrary to speculation that an Abuja socialite, popularly known as John Lyon, alleged to have kidnapped prominent persons in Bayelsa State, was arrested yesterday in Abuja, it has been learnt that he was apprehended since September 15.
A police source in the state said that his arrest was not made known because the police did not want to jeopardize the investigation.
The source said police authorities in the state were on the trail of his accomplices who fled on hearing of the arrest of their suspected arrowhead.
The source said the suspect, John Eka Ewa, an indigene of Cross River State, was not related to Chief David Lyon, the All Progressives Congress governorship (APC) candidate in the 2019 election in Bayelsa State.
It was learnt that he preferred using the name ‘Lyon’ as a cover-up for his nefarious activities.
The source said that the suspect would be paraded at the Bayelsa State police headquarters in Yenagoa today.
Another source said the suspect kidnapped top bankers and businessmen, adding that he was caught during a failed operation.
Videos of the suspect flaunting his luxurious lifestyle reportedly went viral on social media.
Spokesman for the Bayelsa State Police Command Asinim Butswat confirmed the arrest of the suspect.

Dear Men,
Remember how beautiful, smooth, and sculpted her body was at the beginning of your marriage.
She is still the same beautiful woman with the same spirit that you have always loved.
The difference is that she gave your children life.
The price for that was the loss of the body she once had.
Do not complain about your wife because her fat increased and do not think that she likes it!
A mother's affection makes her turn a blind eye to all of that and her only concern is her children and your happiness.
Remember that this tummy was once the warm home that hugged your children for 9 months with all their pain, fatigue, and weight, to seal them until childbirth.
A thousand hearts to all the Mothers ❤️

SAD REALITY OF LIFE!!!!
U came naked
U will go naked
U arrived weak
U will leave weak
Ur first bath someone Wash u
Ur last bath someone will wash u
This is life...
So why so much Malice?
So much envy?
So much hate?
and so much resentment?
So much selfishness and pride?
When we have to go empty handed.
Your degree, your house, your car, all the finest things will be left right here!
Now that you are still breathing, live a life that will pleased your creator. For after life, when you must have left everything that you ever worked so hard for behind on earth for someone else to take charge of, there is judgement. Conscientise yourself sometime, call your self back to order sometimes, don't forget to ask your creator for forgiveness of sin everyday and most importantly, live a life to impact the lives of others, not to hurt people.
Live a positive memorable life while you are still breathing!
