I know humans aren’t meant to stay this strong and functional forever.
That’s exactly why I’m pushing my physical limits now. Testing every ounce of my potential while I still can. 💥
People say it’s rare for someone with this much muscle to still be this functional — here’s how I make it happen 👇
1️⃣ No limits. I genuinely don’t believe my body can’t do something. If you tell me it’s impossible, I’ll probably try it anyway 😅
2️⃣ Heavy training. I lift like a maniac — pushing my body to its edge every single session.
3️⃣ Calisthenics. Bodyweight movements keep me agile and strong — from pull-ups and dips to advanced skills.
4️⃣ Core first. I train my core more than anything. Stability is everything.
5️⃣ Balanced diet. Fuel matters. Always.
I’m just doing everything I can to become the strongest version of myself — physically, mentally, and spiritually.
