Goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez has undergone successful surgery on a fractured jaw.

Martinez was taken to hospital for further assessment, which confirmed a fractured jaw that required surgery.

Everyone at Chelsea wishes Emi a speedy recovery and will support him throughout. (ChelseaFC)
