It was an absolute privilege to connect with her wonderful friends, fellow fitness lovers, and amazing individuals who have made the decision to prioritize their health and well-being. Our Meet & Greet with Dr. Afoma Nwolisa was an unforgettable success from start to finish. It was more than just an event—it was a celebration of health, wellness, learning, and togetherness.
We exercised, danced, laughed, learned new ways to care for our health, and unlearned old habits that no longer serve us. Most importantly, we shared beautiful moments with an inspiring woman whose passion is helping people become healthier, happier, and better versions of themselves.
And yes... she made sure no one went home hungry! 😄 We were treated to delicious plates of rice and chicken. 🍗
