DAY 12 OF MY 30-DAYS VISIBILITY CHALLENGE

Learning doesn’t have to be complicated.

Here is one simple hack that works wonders:

THE “READ - COVER - RECALL” HACK 👀👀👀👀

Instead of reading the same information repeatedly, read a short section, cover the book, and try to explain what you remember in your own words.

This helps learners move from simply reading information to actually understanding and remembering it.

For younger children, make it fun by saying - “Tell me what you remember!”

Try it and let me know if it works for you

Simple strategies. Better learning. Bigger results.

DAY 11 OF MY 30DAYS VISIBILITY CHALLENGE

If you could change ONE thing about education today, what would it be, and why?

Would you change :
- How children are taught?
- How they are assessed?
- Classroom sizes?
- Teacher training, parental involvement, or something else?

I would love to hear from parents, teachers, school heads and education stakeholders.

Let’s learn from one another and keep the conversation going

DAY 4 OF 30 DAYS POSTING CHALLENGE

TITLE - A TEACHING WIN

Recently, I had a moment that reminded me why I love teaching.

I watched a shy student who once struggled to speak aloud and express ideas confidently begin to participate, speaks with greater confidence, and willingly share what she had written and learned.

It may seem like a small step to someone else, but to an educator like myself, that is a BIG WIN.

It reminded me that teaching is not only about completing the curriculum. It is about seeing growth, building confidence, and helping a child discover what he/she is capable of becoming.

Moments like this makes all the preparation, patience and hard work worth it.

Every child can grow when given the right guidance, opportunity and encouragement.

MY JOB, MY PRIDE.

Day 3 of 30-Day Visibility Challenge

TITLE - BEHIND THE SCENES OF MY TEACHING WORLD

Here’s a peek behind the scenes of my teaching world.

Today, I’m working on preparing learning activities and resources that will help children read better, build confidence, and discover the joy of learning.

It may look like “just preparation,” but this is where the magic begins.

Every lesson, every book, every activity and every conversation is an opportunity to equip a child with knowledge, confidence and skills for life.

This is the part of my job that people don’t always see but I absolutely love it

What does your workday look like? Tell me in the comments.
