I’M BACK. 🦁🔥

After a long break from the gym because of a knee injury, I’m finally ready to start my fitness journey again.

The pain slowed me down. The recovery tested my patience. There were days I felt frustrated because I couldn’t train the way I wanted.

But one thing injury taught me is this: rest is not weakness, and taking a step back doesn’t mean you’ve given up.

I’m coming back slowly, wisely, and with more discipline than ever. 💪🏾

This is not about proving anything to anybody. It’s about getting stronger, healthier, and becoming a better version of myself.

The comeback starts now. 🦁
