Our CEO, Ayodeji Adegbenro, featured in an interview with on the Road to AFCON 2025, where he shared insights on African football development, leadership, and the importance of strong grassroots structures. He also highlighted the growing excitement and opportunities surrounding AFCON 2025.
We revisit the heartbreak of Senegal 1992, a tournament that still haunts Nigerian football fans, before celebrating the golden triumph of Tunisia 1994, when the Super Eagles conquered Africa. He also explains why Nigeria could have realistically won the 1996 and 1998 AFCON tournaments if the country had participated, and how those missed opportunities changed the course of our football history.
The conversation then shifts to the present as we analyze the current Super Eagles squad and discuss how crucial Victor Osimhen is to Nigeria’s AFCON 2025 hopes;from leadership to goals, mentality, and inspiration. We also reveal Ayodeji Adegbenro’s favorite country to win AFCON 2025 and why they stand out.
