Responsibilities -
▪︎Greet/acknowledge a customer immediately on entry to the outlet.
▪︎Engage and provide support to customers in order to fully understand their needs.
▪︎Develop excellent knowledge of the full range of products and unique selling points in order to promote product benefits to customers.
▪︎Provide advice and guidance to customers on clothing and accessory range, best fit and measuring services.
▪︎Carry out all sales transactions correctly and efficiently, neatly folding and carefully packing customer purchases.
▪︎Efficiently and politely manage after sales service.
• Disseminate the information as regards customers’ problems and complaints.

Not every work place is ideal place to work in even though you're desperate for a job.
How you're treated during an interview is a clear indication of the company culture, and you should run far far away if the vibe you get stinks.
And this right here gives off the vibe of a toxic work of environment.
Even though the candidate was wrong for caming in later than was scheduled without informing the interviewer beforehand, there is no justification for keeping him waiting for almost 2 hours just because they can.
For christ sake, even job seekers have things to do with their time and will have to engage in other important things.
For all we know, he could have had 2 interviews to attend that very day, or have to get back to his place of work which he left on some excuse that he'd be back shortly.
No interviewer is permitted to purposely waste your time.
You have the right to be treated fairly.
And no job is worth making you feel your time isn't valuable.

Here are 3 key things you must get right if you're looking to stand out from the pack.

1. RESEARCH THE COMPANY.
If you want to wow any interviewer, make him feel special by showing your interest about the company by how much you know about them.
Conduct thorough research on the company, their products and services, history, competitors, PR Releases etc
Show that you are very much interested in joining their team

2. RESEARCH AND ANSWER LIKELY INTERVIEW QUESTIONS BEFORE YOUR INTERVIEW DATE.
If you're interviewing for a position, there are interview questions that are highly likely to be asked. Conduct thorough research into the kind of questions you'll meet and answer them before you attend.
This way, you'll be prepared with suitable answers to most of the questions you'll be asked which will increase your chances of getting the job.

3. ASK INTELLIGENT QUESTIONS.
