Please kindly assist me towards my secondary treatment of my Multiple Myeloma Cancer (bone marrow cancer) and also operations on my affected spinal cord and left leg with osteomyelitis scheduled for HCG Hospital in Bangalore, India the hospital was where I was admitted and had treatment in July to December, 2015.
