Good morning everyone
Today I woke up with a little bit of grumpiness and tiredness
But I know it’s due to the fact I didn’t sleep enough, it’s no excuse for me though
I still rolled out my gym mat, did 10mins meditation, did some stretching and some push ups.
It set me in the right mood and state of mind for the task ahead
I keep emphasizing on a 20mins workout before going about your daily activities because not only does it keep your body toned and flexible,it also keeps you in the right mind for the whole day
Your diet is also important(don’t take it for granted)
We are what we eat
Cut out sugar
Reduce carbohydrates intake
Eat excess protein
Drink enough water
Cut out alcohol to the minimum
Cut out smoking to the minimum
Have good and memorable sexual experiences with your partner

Let’s get our minds and spirit in a positive state
Let’s all meditate and clear our heads off anything troubling or stressing us
I don’t know what you’re going through
It maybe physical,emotional,spiritual or mental
You just simply can’t let your worries overshadow the brightness in your smile
When you’re sad,you should smile
When you’re stressed out, still smile
When you’re about to give up, smile and see how refreshed you’ll feel
When you’ve lost everything worthwhile
Just seek inner peace,make declarations and manifest positivity in your life and watch it unfold
Let’s all go out with a grateful heart and a peaceful soul
This new week shall be a blessed one

Your diet is important to acheiving good health
Exercise alone can’t solve the belly fat
Stop eating carbs and start eating protein
Eat protein everyday be it breakfast,lunch and dinner
Protein is important (Egg,meat,fish,chicken and vegetables)
I don’t really believe in weight loss tea and juice
It may have worked for some people but it hasn’t been proved scientifically yet
Manage your diet and live a healthy life
