🚨 DEAL DRAMA AT ARSENAL!
Arsenal have missed a major deadline in their push to sign red-hot striker Viktor Gyokeres, dealing a huge blow to Mikel Arteta’s summer plans.
The Gunners were desperate to wrap up the £55m+£7.4m add-ons deal before flying out for their pre-season tour of Asia, but talks with Sporting Lisbon have stalled.
According to the Daily Mail, the 27-year-old Swede was tipped to be on the plane this weekend — but he’s staying in Sweden, with both clubs still clashing over bonuses, payment structure, and even solidarity contributions. 😬
🛑 Arteta wanted his man in before next Wednesday’s match vs AC Milan, but unless a deal is struck swiftly, Gyokeres won’t feature in Singapore or Hong Kong — where Arsenal also play Newcastle and Tottenham.
If negotiations finally break through, he could make his debut on August 6 vs Villarreal.
⚽️ Gyokeres has been a beast in Portugal, smashing 39 goals last season, and after a rough stint at Brighton, he's hungry for Premier League revenge.
Meanwhile, Arsenal shocked fans by **signing Noni Maduekefrom Chelsea, adding to a summer spree that includes **Zubimendi, Norgaard, and Kepa — all for *£70.8m** combined.
📣 Arsenal fans, what do you think?
Will this deal still happen?
Is Gyokeres worth the wait and the price?
And does Arteta reallyneed another striker?

🔁 Bournemouth Struggling to Offload Arsenal Flop Neto Due to Massive Wages
Bournemouth are desperate to part ways with experienced goalkeeper Neto, but his £5 million-a-year salary is proving to be a major stumbling block.
The 35 year old, who once played for European giants Barcelona and Valencia, has returned from a disappointing loan spell at Arsenal, where he made just one appearance. With Djordje Petrovic arriving from Chelsea in a £25 million move, and Mark Travers plus Will Dennis already in the squad, Neto has become surplus to requirements.
Ironically, it was former Bournemouth keeper Kepa Arrizabalaga— who starred for the Cherries last season and nearly led them to European qualification — that replaced Neto at Arsenal. Arsenal were impressed enough with Kepa’s performance to pay £5 million for him, making Neto redundant once again.
Now Bournemouth are keen to cut costs, but unless another club is willing to cover Neto’s hefty wages — or take him on loan again — they may be stuck with him for another year.
Meanwhile, the Cherries continue to show ambition. They've recently splashed £14 million on French left-back Adrien Truffert from Rennes and successfully fought to keep Antoine Semenyo, signaling they mean business next season.
But with a tight budget and European dreams, can they really afford to keep high earners like Neto sitting on the bench?
💬 What do you think — should Bournemouth subsidize Neto’s exit just to get him off the books?
🧤 Do you think Neto still has something to offer another Premier League side?
⚽️ And will Bournemouth finally break into Europe next season with their bold transfers?

🚨 **Noni Madueke's Past Comments Come Back to Haunt Him as Arsenal Move Nears!** 🔥
Back in 2023, shortly after his move to Chelsea, Noni Madueke boldly claimed there was *"never any doubt at all"* about which club he wanted to join, calling Chelsea *“the biggest club in London.”*
Fast forward to 2025, and the winger is now on the verge of a stunning £52 million transfer to none other than… **Arsenal**! 😳
The 23-year-old is expected to sign a five-year deal with the Gunners and has already left Chelsea’s Club World Cup camp in the U.S. to complete his medical in London. The move, however, hasn’t been welcomed by all fans. Over 4,500 people have already signed a petition online protesting Arsenal’s decision to sign him. 😬
This isn't the first time Madueke’s words have caused a stir. Last season, he posted a disrespectful Instagram story about Wolverhampton — only to score a hat-trick later that same day against Wolves. He later apologized, but the damage was done.
Now, with his controversial past and those bold “biggest club in London” claims hanging in the air, Arsenal fans are left divided.
👉 What do you think — should Arsenal still go ahead with this deal?
👉 Can Madueke win over the Gunners faithful despite his past comments?
👉 And do *you* agree with his old statement about the biggest club in London?
