Being an empath is meant to be a gift, a superpower.
But so many people treat it as something outside of themselves that they “have” to experience.

I’ve just been staring at these pictures of me — then (10 years ago) vs now.
It’s not the same woman. Yet it is.
But the difference is undeniable.
And it’s not just physical. It’s energetic.
Ironically, I was slimmer back then 😆 But I’ve lost far more weight emotionally and energetically since then.
Ten years ago, I was smart. Capable. Full of potential. But I was still trying to fit in.
Still shrinking in rooms I deserved to expand in.
Still smiling while doubting myself internally.
Still seeking validation I now give myself freely.
Hmmmm… I didn’t see it then. But tbh these pictures have made me pretty emotional. 🥹
I’ve gone from self-doubt and defensiveness to deep self-trust. From second-guessing myself to living unapologetically. From needing validation to fully validating myself.
And it reminds me that sometimes we focus so much on what hasn’t happened yet - the goals unmet, the mistakes, the “museum of failures” - that we completely overlook our growth.
We overlook;
The strength we’ve gathered.
The wisdom we’ve earned.
The quiet courage to make hard decisions.
The bold choices that changed our trajectory.
Growth is gradual. So gradual that you don’t always realize you’ve stepped into an entirely different identity.
Today, I want to thank the girl from ten years ago for not giving up — even when she wanted to.
Because today, she’s helping other women (and men) shift their identities and manifest more fulfilling lives.
I’m super proud of her. She deserves her flowers 💐 🥰❤️

This woman today is self-trusting.
Self-validating.
Certain of her identity.
Limitless.
She knows who she is, and she’s assured that life is working out for her.
Sometimes we focus so much on what hasn’t happened yet — the goals unmet, the mistakes, the museum of failures — that we overlook our growth. We overlook:
The strength we’ve gathered.
The wisdom we’ve gained.
The quiet courage to make hard decisions.
The boldness that changed our lives.

I asked Gemini if it was too late to share my vision board, but apparently, the Chinese New Year just started the day before yesterday, so we got PLENTY of time 😅
I've been making vision boards for years now! And I've also taught my students not just how to make pretty vision boards but how to bring them to life.
So, applying some principles of manifestation, you have to...
1) Replace your limiting beliefs with empowering beliefs.
2) Assume a new identity by adopting new values.
3) Taking small actions to reinforce this identity.
Once you apply some of these basic principles, your life can never remain the same.
Achieving your goals in 2026 would be practically inevitable.
