Today is World Obesity Day.
Health is not about punishment.
It is about support, education, and sustainable change.
Movement changed my life, not because I wanted to be smaller, but because I wanted to be stronger, healthier, and more confident in my own skin.
Obesity is complex. It is influenced by lifestyle, environment, habits, stress, and access to the right guidance. That is why the right coaching matters.
You deserve a plan that works for your body, your schedule, and your goals. Not guesswork. Not extremes.
If you are ready to take control of your health in a safe and structured way, I would love to guide you.
Personal training slots are open for virtual and in-person coaching.

In February 2025, I became IREPS EQFL4 certified in Nigeria because I believe women deserve to be trained by professionals, not vibes.

By August 2025, I took it further and earned my EREPS EQF Level 4 Personal Trainer certification — the recognised professional standard for personal trainers across Europe and the UK.
certification isn’t just a badge.
It means your trainer meets internationally regulated standards in education, ethics, safety, and evidence-based practice. It means your program is built on science, not trends.
Thanks to , who guided and supported me through the process, I was able to procure my EREPS EQF Level 4 certification and bring my training to international standards.
I started personal training because I genuinely wanted to help women feel confident, strong, and supported in their bodies, and because there are still far too few women training women in this industry. Especially at this level.
Now, with both national and international certification, I work with women who value structure, competence, and intentional coaching.
I currently accept 1-on-1 clients in Lagos and virtual clients worldwide.
