Your heart is the factory where all thoughts are processed and it uses the things you put into it. In other words, whatever you allow into your heart becomes the ingredients that will be processed into your thoughts.

How do ingredients get into your heart? It's all about what you see, hear, read, watch or say. For you to have a positive thinking life therefore, you need to guide your heart as per what you allowed into it via what you see, hear, read, watch or say.
