A RELATIONSHIP TAKES TWO..

A relationship that was built by two people cannot be maintained by only one person.

As a man, the effort you made while trying to win her heart should not suddenly disappear after you get her. And as a woman, the care, respect, and effort you showed at the beginning should not disappear either.

You cannot keep asking for the right person while refusing to be the right person for someone else.

Love is not one person holding on while the other keeps letting go. Friendship is not one person trying to build while the other keeps destroying.

If you both wants it to work, both of you have to put in the work.

Because at the end of the day, it takes two to tango.

Hope + Alternative Paths

The divorce rate is loud. The pressure
is louder.

So ask yourself:
“Is this for me? Or am I doing it because I’m afraid of being alone?”

Some people love through marriage.
Others love through foster homes, through community, through purpose.
Both are love. Both are valid.

Don’t let the world tell you there’s only one way to not be lonely.
Loneliness is of the mind.
And peace… peace is a choice you make when you stop performing.
