5 Ways To Beautify Your Skin Even While You Sleep

1. Clean your face:The first step to make sure that your skin gets to breathe properly through the night is to clean it nicely with water. This will also remove any traces of makeup or products you may have used through the day.

2. Moisturise:Once you’ve cleaned your face, make sure you take a good moisturiser and apply it liberally all over your face. Massage the cream nicely on your face and let it seep in through the skin to give you healthy skin in the morning. Your skin gets dehydrated while you sleep, so using a good moisturiser will give it necessary hydration.

3. Eye Cream:Whether you are going to bed early or late, applying a good eye-cream is always a good idea. In case you don’t use eye-cream, take a gentle moisturiser and apply it nicely around your eyes, dotting it out and slowly massaging around the eye area. The skin underneath and around your eyes is the thinnest area on the face, so it’s a good idea to put more moisturiser to let it seep in and prevent puffy eyes and wrinkles.
