It means the Congolese Referee will go to the world cup later this year

Abdusalam Kazzim, NIGERIA'S ONLY REFEREE AT 2025 CHAN TOURNAMENT

The referee, Kassim Abdusalam, from the Zamfara State Referees Council is among the shortlisted referees (Center Referee) for the event.

Abdusalam has the record of going for two separate tournaments back to back; U-17 and U-23. He has successful outings backed with excellent refereeing skills going for him. The FIFA badged referee, a HND holder in Biochemistry who did his National Youth Service in Yikpata, Kwara State, hopefully will be use the bountiful experience garnered so far in refereeing art to be a good ambassador for the country and expectedly, will prove his mettle in the commity of referees in the continent.

He has been to;

☑️WAFU B-U17 in Ghana 2022
☑️CECAFA U17 in Ethiopia 2022
☑️U17 Nations Cup in Algeria 2023
☑️U23 Nations Cup in Morocco 2023
☑️WAFU B-U20 in Togo 2024
⏳And Now CHAN in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania in 2025.

He has also gone for many CAF games like Confederations Cup and Championship.

After a penalty kick has been taken, the ball rebounds from the crossbar, remains on the field of play, and goes to the kicker, who then scores a goal. What is the correct decision if no other player touches the ball between the first and second shot?

Decision: No Goal.
Sanction: No disciplinary sanction taken
Restart: Indirect free kick to the Defending team
Justification: The kicker cannot touch the ball again before it has touched another player, check law 12 for details...

Note: Always keep in mind that for any kick taken, another player must touch the ball before the kicker can touch it again, else it is a misconduct...
