KAMAL FC — A GOOD OUTING IN THE 2026 NLO U19

Kamal FC has concluded its 2026 NLO U19 Youth League – Ado-Ekiti Centre campaign with a commendable outing, finishing 2nd on the final table.

The team recorded 10 points from 5 matches, with 3 wins, 1 draw and 1 loss, scoring 10 goals and conceding 5.

It was a competitive campaign that gave our young players valuable experience, exposure and an opportunity to test themselves at a higher level.

Statement from the Club Owner, Alhaji Mohammed Bashir Kamal:

“I am proud of the team and the coaching crew for the commitment they showed throughout this competition. Finishing second is a good achievement, but beyond the position on the table, what matters to us is the development, exposure and experience these young players have gained. I commend Coach Michael and his entire team for their hard work. We will continue to support the club and invest in the development of these young talents.”

Statement from Head Coach, Coach Michael:

“I am very proud of my players. They showed character, discipline and commitment throughout the competition. There were challenges, but the boys continued to give their best and learn from every game. I also want to sincerely appreciate the management of Kamal FC for their support and confidence in the technical team. This achievement belongs to everyone, and we will continue working to make the team better.”

A good outing. A valuable experience. A stronger Kamal FC. 💚⚽

FULL TIME: Kamal FC 0 – 0 NA Royal FC Ilemona

A disciplined and resilient performance from Kamal FC as we hold the defending champions, NA Royal FC Ilemona, to a goalless draw in Matchday 2 of the Oriade NLO Pre-Season 2026.

Our young lads showed great composure, organization, and maturity throughout the game, standing toe-to-toe with one of the strongest sides in the tournament. It was a tightly contested encounter with both teams pushing, but our defense stayed solid to secure a well-earned clean sheet.

A strong result, plenty of positives, and another step forward for the team.
