Every rich man can afford healthy foods. But go to the trolley of a rich man, and you will see loaves of bread, carbonated drinks, milky doughnuts etc. whereas they can afford veggies, liver, sweet potatoes, whole grains, lean proteins, avocado etc. Don't use your money to buy what will cost your lifeπ€· okay.
