6 Secrets to achieving healthy farm with big bunch.

1. Use healthy and high yield suckers or seedlings from a reliable source.

2. Apply enough fertilizer: Plantain needs nutrients, especially potassium, for big bunch formation.

3. Ensure regular watering: Plantain requires enough moisture to produce large and healthy bunches, as at with the system of irrigation systems and solar.

4. Control weeds, pests, and diseases
Healthy plants produce bigger bunches and better fruits.

5. Practice proper sucker management
Keep only the mother plant, one follower, and one peeper to reduce competition.

6: Consult an expert to guide you, you can send a message to Mr Ikechukwu Isaiah Amadi if you will be interested in getting expert guidance to grow plantains and bananas through his class or paid consultation session.

Leadership requires tough skin.

I remember the story of Moses in the Bible when he was leading the Israelites out of Egypt. He faced pressure, insults, complaints, and constant doubts from the very people he was trying to help. Yet, he kept moving because he believed in the vision God had given him.

One thing that helped Moses was resilience. He understood that not everyone would immediately see or believe in the destination before they arrived there.

Dear entrepreneurs, never forget this:You are the one carrying the vision, so don’t compromise your purpose and do not create room for pity parties.

Keep building.Keep leading.Keep moving forward.

On 16th of April 2026, we took our first batch of clients to site for physical allocation of their plots at Ziko Farm City.

Ziko Farm City by Ziko Real Estate is our first estate in owerri imo state aside the several properties we’ve sold.

Within few months after the launch of Ziko Farm City, it got sold out.

We gladly appreciate our great Clients, our team members and realtors that made this possible. Thank you all.

Agriculture Is Not Poverty, Ignorance Is!!!

One of the biggest lies we were told growing up is that farming is for poor people.

In reality, farming done without knowledge is what keeps people poor. Modern agriculture is a business, and when treated as such, it creates serious wealth.

5 years ago, I remembered starting from nothing but with a big Vision to build Ziko Farms and Ziko Real Estate Limited

First year we did not have any office at all, my room was my office because we focused on running a service based business to raise money to start building our main business.

After the 2nd year, we got a space, a very small space in my family house that we were managing and receiving our clients and customers.

3rd year, we gradually moved into another small office space but bigger than the first one.

4th year, we still maintained that office till the 5th year.

6th year, God helped us to get something bigger and better and the previous.

I know we’ve not yet arrived to our destination, we are still building and I’m certain we will get there soon.

In this journey, I’ve realized that patience is key, consistency is paramount and hard work is the key instrument to greatness.

Dear fellow young folks, use your youth to build wealth, not regrets. Tomorrow is expensive.

I recall the early days of ZikoFarmCity when it was largely undeveloped; however, it has since evolved into a bustling city, demonstrating that land value increases with development.

Don’t wait to buy land, buy land and wait.
