The smarter move is to build quietly while you’re still working.

Having your own money isn’t about proving that you don’t need a man.

It’s about knowing that you have options.

And I think that’s an important conversation for women to have.

You can have a loving husband who provides for you.
You can have a financially comfortable home.
You can trust your partner completely and still understand the importance of developing your own financial capacity.

Learn a skill, understand money as a woman, it’s not a crime.

Know how to manage what comes into your hands.
Have goals that aren’t dependent on someone else making them possible not because you’re planning to leave or because you don’t trust your husband or because you want to compete with him but because being financially capable is part of becoming a capable woman.

And sometimes your own money gives you more than the ability to buy things.

It gives you choices.
It gives you confidence.
It allows you to contribute.
It allows you to support someone when they need you.
It allows you to pursue something without always waiting for permission or assistance.

After a very hectic Monday, daughter of Zion had to reset at home…….. home cinema 😂

Funny enough I may not stay up to 30mins on this screen but honestly I really want to learn how to see movies 🎥

Woke up from my Sunday nap with this inspiration for some body

It doesn’t have to be complicated

Nobody tells you how much of adulthood is simply figuring things out as you go.

PS: Post it anyways kind of video

You need to become useful at one thing

Then find someone who has the problem your skill can solve.

That’s how I’d approach it if I were starting again.

And before you misunderstand me, I’m not saying marriage isn’t beautiful of course It is.

I’m married and I know there is something deeply beautiful about building a life with someone you love.
But I’ve started to question something we don’t talk about enough.

Why do we celebrate a woman so loudly when she gets married but sometimes stop asking who she is becoming after she gets married?

She got married oh wow that’s beautiful but does she know herself?

Does she have something she’s building?
Does she have a skill?
Does she understand money?
Does she have friendships that aren’t built around her husband?
Does she have dreams that existed before she became someone’s wife?
Can she sit alone and still know who she is?

Because I don’t think marriage to be the place where a woman finally feels like she has become somebody.

You were somebody before you became a wife and you should continue becoming somebody while being one.

Marriage should be part of your story not the entire story.

Your husband can be your partner without becoming your entire identity.

You can love your home and still have ambitions.

You can be a devoted wife and still build a career.

You can enjoy being a mother and still have dreams.

You can choose family and still choose yourself sometimes.

I think one of the healthiest things a woman can do is build a life that she is proud of not because she wants to escape her marriage but because she understands that she is a whole person too.

Maybe that’s the kind of womanhood I’m learning to embrace.

Not choosing between “wife” and “woman” but understanding that I can be both.

What do you think?

Do you believe marriage should be a woman’s biggest achievement or should it simply be one beautiful part of a much bigger life?

I’d genuinely love to hear your perspective.

Woke up refreshed to do my BEST
I don't care about what other people have, I will just be doing my best always....

Spend most of your time in becoming the best version of you, applaud and validation will hit up with you later.

Are we together?

I almost deleted my page.

Not because I don’t have anything to say and of course not because I don’t enjoy creating.

I was just tired.

Tired of creating consistently and watching the numbers move like they were allergic to me 😂
Tired of seeing people say, “I gained 10,000 followers in three months,” while I’m here after months of showing up, wondering if I’m doing something wrong.

Sincerely, there have been days I’ve looked at my page and thought maybe I’m just not cut out for this but this evening, I realised that truly growth isn’t always loud.

Maybe I’m too busy looking at the number of people who haven’t followed me that I’m forgetting the people who already chose to stay.

Maybe the goal isn’t to become viral overnight.

Maybe the goal is to become so useful, so honest and so consistent in my message that the right women eventually find me and think “I’ve been looking for someone who talks about life like this.”

So NO
I’m not deleting the page, I’m not starting over, I’m simply changing how I create.

It’s going to be less pressure, less trying to please the algorithm and more real conversations.
More lessons from my actual life, more practical things that can help another woman grow, build herself and create a better life.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing everything right and still not seeing results, I want you to know you’re not alone.

We’re not quitting.

We’re recalibrating ❤️

And if you’re one of the women still here…

Thank you.
