Tools I Use to Manage My Time Effectively
1. A mini notebook and pen
Nothing beats good old writing. There’s a level of consciousness it brings that I love. I use it to plan my day, track my to-dos, and record how my day actually goes.
2. Notepad app
If you’re more of a digital person, this one is for you. I use it sometimes too, especially when I need to jot things down quickly.
3. Digital table clock
Ever since I got this, it’s been amazing. Seeing time tick constantly keeps me on my toes and makes me more intentional.
4. Flip Clock app
Before I got the digital clock, I used this for deep work. It helped block distractions on my phone and kept me focused and time-conscious.
5. Alarms and Pomodoro timers
My roommates have honestly given up on me at this point 😂
I use these to time my breaks, sleep hours, reading sessions, basically to create time blocks so I don’t exceed what I planned.
6. Now it’s your turn
Drop a tool you use to make the most of your time
Hope this was helpful?
Of course it was 😉
Until next time,

Last week, I talked about the importance of using your time wisely.
After rereading that post, I realized something…
It sounded a bit cliché.
It raised a valid question but didn’t fully answer how.
So I decided to share a simple framework I personally use, and it has helped me become more intentional with my time.
I call it the 3-Part-7 Framework.
Here’s how it works 👇🏽
1. I split my day into three parts.
2. Each part is 7 hours, and the remaining 3 hours are for emergencies or backup.
3. The first part (1am–8am) is me-time: prayer, devotion, preparing for school or church, and anything that grounds me.
4. The second part (9am–4pm) is not-so-me or “work”: classes, church activities, studying, appointments, hangouts, and responsibilities.
5. The last part (5pm–12am) is me again: cooking, reading, online courses, devotion, and winding down.
6. Tracking it; this part requires real discipline. I won’t even lie, I still miss tracking sometimes.
But here’s what I’ve learned:
The more you write down how you spend your time,
the more aware you become of it.
It’s not easy, but trust me it’s worth it.
That’s when you clearly see all those
“I don’t even know where my 24 hours went” moments.
Think of it like a bank statement
until you check it, you won’t know where your money (or time) is leaking from.
This is how I try to use my time wisely.
You can adapt the framework to fit the rhythm of your day.
Hope you learned something?
Of course you should 😊
Until next time,
Keep winning.

Lately, I’ve been binging Myles Munroe’s teachings on time management…
and honestly, it’s been inspiring in the best way.
Because once you truly understand the value attached to your time and the cost of wasting it you can’t keep handling it the same way anymore.
This is the truth we avoid:
Your time is your life.
Your time is your currency.
Your time is a measure of your value.
We all have the same 24 hours
but we don’t make the same decisions within those hours.
And that’s what separates how far people go.
It’s not about having more time.
It’s about how you trade with the time you already have
what you exchange it for daily.
So if growth matters to you,
start respecting your time like the asset it is.
Use it wisely.
Until next time

Some people learn until they’re confident.
Others start and learn along the way.
Which one has actually worked better:
learn first or start first?
Let’s talk
15/01/2026
So yesterday, I shared that not everything you see or hear is exactly what it appears to be.
It takes a thinking mind to recognize patterns beneath the surface.
But here’s the real question:
How can you think effectively when you don’t know much?
The depth of your thinking will always reflect the depth of your knowledge.
Today, I’m sharing a book to help you get started especially if you’re confused about where to begin.
I'd suggest you get the hardcopy if you can.
If you’ve read it before, say “hi hi” in the comments 😄
Feel free to share your lessons too.
Until next time,
Keep winning. Keep becoming 💛

Not everything that sounds good is good.
Some ideas are just well-dressed lies.
Pause. Question. Think for yourself.
Your mind is too important to be outsourced.

Okay so yesterday while we were learning histopathology
The lecturer started talking about the fact that in all our new Year resolutions that we should resolve on hearing from God this year
He shared experiences on how hearing from God has helped his life and all
It made so much sense
But the point I want to drop was from after his lecture, he brought out I guess 4 or 5 pcs of Daily milk devotional and asked to come and take
He specially called one of my my Coursemates, gave her one and asked us to come and get it
People close to him raised up their hands and got theirs
One of my Coursemates, a guy , walked from the back and got one.
One was left
I shouted from the side where I was and raised my hand to get one but he passed it to the person that was in front of him.
Guyyy, it pained me omo
But that's life, we've been conditioned to wait for things to come to us or waiting for permission to do something.
You want to start a business, being serious with your studies or finances or prayer life. You meet 20 people for advice, talk to this and that person, rearrange plans 100 times.
Yet you've not started and the market is looking at you.
Your books are looking at you
Yourself is also looking at you
God is looking at you.
Yes I know what you're looking for, it's not really advice or perfection or more tools to start but you're subconsciously looking for permission even when the offer is open to you.
To knock on doors, you need audacity my friend, stop waiting for permission subconsciously and seize opportunities.
Honestly, it's still paining me ohh
It's well, I've learned that one and we move.
What else did you learn from my story, I'd want to learn too?
Have you experienced this too?
12/01/2026
It’s January 12th…
And you’ve probably realized that January 1st was just another day.
Now be honest 😂
Those New Year resolutions?
They’re already gathering dust and cobwebs.
Some of you came in hot with
“Unveiling the new me”
“New year, new me”
But somehow we’re still seeing small remnants of the old you.
And no, that’s not because you’re unserious even though some people shaa…
That’s the real issue with how most of us set goals.
Growth is not about starting fresh every time or doing something completely new.
Real growth is about improving what already exists.
Think about it this way.
Imagine buying a full carton of milk
You only take out one or two packs…
and then you go ahead to buy an entirely new carton.
Meanwhile the old one is still almost full.
That’s exactly how many of us treat our goals.
Every year = new goals, new habits, new plans
without reviewing the old systems, patterns, and mistakes.
Improvement doesn’t start from nowhere.
It must stem from the old you.
So how do you actually do this?
1. Sit down with a pen and paper or open your Notes app.
2. Write out the pillars of your life: spiritual, career/school, finance, health, relationships (add yours).
3. For each pillar identify
What went well? (wins)
What didn’t go well? (challenges)
How can you do better? (Improvement)
Be honest with yourself. No lying. This is your life.
Now pick just 3 areas to focus on deeply this season.
Set major goals around them.
For the remaining areas, set maintenance goals.
Finally, create systems, clear milestones and realistic deadlines.
Do this consistently and trust me…
We won’t be seeing just a new you.
We’ll be seeing an improved you.
Hope you got value?
Of course you did
That's why I'm here to guide you on your journey to becoming your best self.
So, which pillars are you starting with now? No procrastination.
Keep winning
Keep becoming 💛

Arrows of Impact: 7 Lessons That Changed My View About Money and Life - Day 7
Today’s focus is on Spiritual Principles — the unseen forces that shape our visible outcomes.
Let’s define a few terms
🔹 Spiritual — What we cannot see but deeply influences our reality.
🔹 Principles — Unchanging guidelines that govern how things work, regardless of who applies them.
So, spiritual principles are invisible laws that greatly influence our success.
Think about it like this: Garbage in, garbage out. Whatever you sow, you’ll eventually reap. If you follow the right principles, you’ll get the right results.
Here are a few that matter deeply to me:
1. Discipline — The ability to do what needs to be done, even when you don’t feel like it. It helps you stay consistent and build the right habits for success.
2. Integrity — Doing what’s right, even when no one is watching. It attracts trust, favor, and lasting opportunities.
3. Eagerness to Learn — A humble heart that’s always seeking knowledge will keep growing, while pride keeps you stagnant.
4. Respect — Honoring people and processes. It builds meaningful relationships and opens doors you can’t open by yourself.
5. Vision — Seeing beyond the now. It gives your effort direction and helps you stay focused amid distractions.
6. Divine Direction — This is the most important. Let your steps be guided by the Spirit of God, not by fleeting emotions or pressure.
And with this… we’ve come to the end of the Arrows of Impact series. 🎉
This journey wasn’t just a lesson series, it was a consistency challenge for me too. And I’m glad I finished it against all odds.
Thank you for reading, commenting, and engaging over the past 7 days.
