This morning, just a few minutes past seven, my phone rang. It was a first time customer, the one I had sent an order to yesterday via a dispatch rider.

As soon as I picked up, we exchanged pleasantries, but then he hit me with, "You didn’t do me well."

My heart skipped a beat. My mind raced, Did he dislike it? Was there a problem with the delivery? I quickly apologized, saying, "Oh no, I’m so sorry about that"

But then, "You're not a good person," he added.

I was still apologizing when he finally revealed what he meant,
