The Daily Bookend Review:** Spend 5 minutes at the end of your workday reviewing what was accomplished and what was missed. This honest self-assessment builds extreme self-awareness.

Tracking the Streak: What gets measured gets managed. Whether you use a physical notebook or a digital tracker, log your completion of daily non-negotiables.

Visually seeing a chain of consistent action builds psychological momentum.

Community Anchoring: High performance is difficult in isolation. Share your weekly targets with your peers and report back on Friday.
