Ever imagined how they got their names? 😊🐌
There are over 30,000 species of snail all over the world with most of them weighing 20 grams at maturity.✍️
Howbeit, giant snail sizes were discovered in Africa especially within the East and West Africa.πŸ‘
-
As such, they got their names: Giant snails from Africa 😊
Apparently, Africans love to consume big sized snails and they appreciate big sizes.
More reason nature gifted them with giant snails. πŸ˜ŠπŸŒπŸ’―

My name is Olajumoke, Ezekiel-walker And I am the Lead Convener of the Snail Hub Afrique Network (SHAN).

With all the buzz around snail farming, I jumped on the boat around 2014 with some savings I had through some scholarship schemes but I failed woefully 😭.
All my snails died! I couldn't even save one. 😭🐌πŸ˜₯
Apparently, the reality hit me too hard and I discovered the truth myself. The "act" of farming snail is hard!πŸ˜₯ They lied to me!😭
βž–
After attending several motivational training on snail farming, I started big in 2016 guess what? I lost over 3,000 snails in 6 months. πŸ€”πŸ˜‚πŸ˜₯
It shook me so bad!
How could I have failed yet again? After attending such trainings? Then reality Dawn on me that; there's more to snail farming apart from egg production✍️
-
Guess what?πŸ€” I became so curious and I started carrying out my personal research work on HOW to farm snails SUCCESSFULLY in NIGERIA. πŸ‘
βž–
I have paid alot of prize! And NOW is the time to help people who are passionately interested in FARMING snails in Nigeria.
