Duties & Responsibilities
Pursue the sourcing of new accounts and clients
Conducts pre-loan training, guarantor’s verification and carries out loan disbursement and lease facilities
Manage and follow up on loan and investment in finance lease to ensure prompt and due repayment, and prevent default
Manage defaults where they occur
Strive to meet other customer needs and requests, with organisational policies
Ensure good client relationship (i.e. Know Your Customer)
Meet Monthly performance Target (i.e. Disbursement, clients, etc)
Conduct client verification and visitation
Open new accounts for clients
Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the Branch Manager
Key Performance Indicators:
Volume of new accounts relative to target
Volume of loan portfolio relative to target
Loan quality in respect of Portfolio at Risk (PAR)
