🇳🇬 🇬🇮 James Ago is a Nigerian professional footballer who now plays as a striker for Glacis Fc of Gibraltar.

Born in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, Nigeria. Hail from Azagbene Federated Communities, Ekeremor Local Government Area of Bayelsa respectively.

James Ago started his professional football career with at first, Express Football Club of Uganda 🇺🇬, where he spent about two seasons before the expiration of his contracts and journey back home to his state’s capital city, Yenagoa.

At his returned to Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, the prolific and cohesive deadly left-footed striker joined his state darling team, Bayelsa United Football Club of Yenagoa and played their for about two seasons thereabout, before signing for Holy Harrows of Oleh, Delta State.

James Ago breakthrough eventually came after plying with the last Nigerian side Holy Harrows as he moved to Vietel Fc of Vietnam 🇻🇳 but now currently with Glacis Fc of Gibraltar 🇬🇮.

It’s my pertinent prayers that you excel and conquer the world 🌎 as you move closer to big international contracts. We are proud of you brother. When he started, he was an object of ridicule and mockery, but today the young lad is now a license owner / player of Nigeria 3rd tier NLO with a club side somewhere located in Anambra State, Nigeria, in the on going NLO 2024 season.

He can be improvised in any role that has to do with the back four (4) and as such a defender, is a massive plus.

“He’s physicality and the ability to accelerate and de-accelerate is what makes him so unique when it has to do with stopping backset or attacking plots set against his side/team.
