What you will learn:
🧠 Mental strategies: Recognize danger early and stay calm under pressure.
👊 Physical techniques: Learn effective blocking and how to counter the 4 most common attacks.
🛡️ Bicycle tactics: Learn how to use your bike as a shield or weapon.
