Sjannake has joined the Pilates Bay Online Studio already last May and uses the video library quite frequently when she's out of the country. Pilates for men, for women, for kids, for teens β¦ everyone is welcome! π Romanos jumped over his shadow (or ego?) and stepped into the Pilates room.
He came in curiously and left the room confidently!
Weβve worked on body alignment, adjustments for his hurting wrists and hip flexibility. Weβve learned about the pelvic floor muscles, the breath and βpowerhouseβ.
With body and mind, together, as a team, he now manages advanced movements in depth, keeping his balance standing on the reformer without a blink π»πͺπΌ
