✨ *New Year, New Energy!* ✨
How often do you kick off the year with big goals...only to feel stressed and overwhelmed by week three?
I know I have. Last year, my goal was to have fewer goals. Well. We can all guess how well that went… This caused me to reflect and narrow down what really matters most. And one thing that really really matters, is how I breathe.
One of the Key Things that helps me land my 2 feet back on the ground when s**t hits the fan, is taking just a short moment a day to breathe. When I don't have time for the workout, the meditation, reading my way into my big book pile of psychology and parenting books, and self-care just feels like another thing on my to-do list, 5 or 10 minutes of breathwork is my key practice.

It has been a while since I created anything new online. If you have followed my health journey for a while, you know I have been offline untill december-ish because I had a baby (meet Nym) 💕
The reason is that as it turns out, I have been struggling with my habits and routines… What? A habit coach struggling with habits? Yep. The struggle was REAL.
Becoming a parent meant returning to the drawing board and redesigning my habits. Again, and again, and again.
