WAITLIST POLICY REMINDER🚨

We’re grateful to see so many of you filling up classes at all our studio locations! As classes continue to fill up, we wanted to remind you of our class waitlist policy.

HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?
✔️ You can get on the waitlist for any full session by clicking “Join Waitlist”. Then check for an email from CORE40 that tells you when you get into the session, and you are automatically confirmed into the class.
✔️ To receive waitlist notifications, you MUST be opted in to receive account management and reminder emails.
✔️ You can remove yourself from the waitlist up to 12 hours before the class starts. Once inside the
12-hour window before class, no further clients will be pulled from the waitlist. If you are pulled off the waitlist and don’t show up for class, you will lose that session or be charged a no-show fee if you are an unlimited member.

Have you met our newest instructors to join the CORE40 team?

Originally from Budapest, Hungary, Dori moved to Amsterdam for her studies and now has a full time corporate gig in the city.
Sports have always played a big role in her life, as she grew up playing basketball professionally until the age of 18. After that, she picked up many different sports, from tennis to yoga but once taking a class at Core40, Lagree became her passion.

‘I love the intensity and the constant challenge. Even after taking a 100 classes, each class can be just as challenging as your first one if you keep moving slower and slower! Her goal is for everyone to leave her class feeling more confident and strong, with a huge smile.

Besides teaching Lagree, she loves to travel and explore different cuisines.

Meet Charlotte 💪 Born and raised in Amsterdam, Charlotte is finishing her Master’s in Law and Finance at the University of Amsterdam.

Besides Charlotte’s academic interests, she has always had a strong passion for the health and fitness. Charlotte picked up several sports such as spinning, boxing and weight training, but discovered Lagree and fell in love with the method immediately! What she loves most about it is the slow and controlled movements, and motivating clients with a happy and positive attitude to give them a more enthusiastic perspective on working out. Charlotte believes CORE40 is such a special space in Amsterdam because of its unmatched serene ambiance.

Next to teaching Lagree and motivating clients, Charlotte is interested in the fashion industry, history and financial markets, leaving her with various ambitions for the future.

Say HEY to Lorena! Lorena fell in love with Lagree when she first joined as a CORE40 client in January 2022.
The workout transformed her body and mind, building strength, endurance, and resilience in ways she never expected. By becoming an instructor she hopes to help others experience the same transformation. With her passion for sports, Lorena brings a motivating and supportive energy to every class. Expect a dynamic, high-intensity workout that pushes you to your edge!
