Hill repeats are an excellent way especially for to build strength, improve their speed, and build their mental strength. I used to avoid this kind of workout but over the years due to the help of very good friends that took me along and push my boundaries, I have learned to apreciate it. And understand the VALUE in it. πͺπ»π Donβt give up on friends, you can make a difference, too!
