At Gustav we focus on a personal approach. To get the most optimal result, we have several different Service, quality and professionalism are our core values.

Gustav is a high end gym with a mission: to deliver the best workout experience possible. We offer you a moment to get away from it all, to become inspired and motivated so you can be the best version of yourself. We have several different subscriptions that include personal training and teach courses in small groups, like high intensity training, boxing and yoga. Afterwards you can relax at our bar and spacious patio and enjoy fresh juices, shakes or a cup of coffee. Now get to work!

Great news; we are re-opening July 1st. We cannot wait to see you again in the gym as of the 1st of July.

Hopefully, you can not wait either.
We'll make sure we will keep our outdoor gym, but we'll also create a safe environment inside. More info will follow regarding protocols.

created new personal training packages for you to help you to get back or stay in shape.

So, what do you get when you book an individual free training session through the app?

Strength box;
45 minutes of free weight training with the following equipment available: olympic bar, adjustable bench, bumper plates 2.5 up to 25 kg, dumbells up to 30 kg, workout mat.

Cardio box;
45 minutes of free cardio training with the following equipment available: skill row, plyo box, kettlebell 12/16/20 kg, slamball 5 or 10 kg, workout mat.

Book your session 24h in advance through the Gustav app.

Make sure you have read the Outdoor Gym rules prior to your workout.

- Always book a spot through the app.
- Arrive no more than 10 minutes before the start.
- Don't park your bike in front of the gym.
- Stay home if you have any symptoms.
- Stay home if someone you live with has any symptoms.
- Stay home if you have been sick in the last 72 hours.
- Use the toilet at home, there is no access to the gym.
- Wash your hands before your workout.
- Bring your own water and towel, and arrive already dressed in sportswear.
- Follow the instructions of the trainer.
- Always keep a 1.5 meter distance from everyone.

Warming up 5 minutes

Focus: dynamic stretch and cardio

Abs burner 7.5 minutes

Focus: the core, especially the abs

Join us outside. Group classes where everybody can keep the right distance. Book through the Gustav app. The classes are small, so make sure to sign up in time. The location for the outdoor classes is the Gustav Zuidas terrace, next to the entrance.

Lower body workout by Bobbie.

For this workout two water bottles are used as weights. Just grab any two empty bottles and fill them up.

Warming up:
Dribble
Butt kicks
Jumping jacks
Side run, high knee
2 rounds in total, finish with 1x dribble + tuck jump

Lower body:
30 sec. Thrusters
30 sec. Romanian deadlifts
30 sec. Lunges
30 sec. Low sumo squats + heel lifts
Rest, then second round
